M4 Junction 28,take the A467 signposted Brynmawr. At the next roundabout take the A468 signposted Caerphilly. Turn left at the Tredegar Arms Pub, then after 300yards take the first turning left. Cwm Hedd is 1/2 mile up the lane, the second turning on the right.
